🔎 What Form TZ2 Is
- Form TZ2 is a tourist membership fee declaration that private hosts must submit to the Croatian Tax Administration.
- As of 2025, you must submit it electronically only, via the ePorezna system (accessible through eGrađani).
🕐 Before You Start
- The submission period is usually January 1–15 of the current year (e.g., 2026).
You report data for the current year (e.g., beds available for 2026) and previous year income (e.g., total income earned in 2025).
Only the person that the accommodation is registered under (by OIB) can submit the form.
🧾 Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Log into the ePorezna / eGrađani System
- Go to the ePorezna login page:
https://e-porezna.porezna-uprava.hr/Prijava.aspx
Select “Ulaz” (Enter/Login).
2️⃣ Choose Login Method
You can log in with one of the following:
- 🏦 Credentials from FINA (bank-issued token)
⚠️ Make sure the account belongs to you, and matches the person on the accommodation category.
3️⃣ Enter Login Credentials
- Enter your username/password or m-banking m-Token details.
- Agree to any privacy or data processing notices if prompted.
4️⃣ Provide Your Email
- After successful login, you may be asked to enter your email address.
- This will be used for notifications and confirmations.
5️⃣ Search for “TZ2”
- In the ePorezna interface, locate the search bar.
- Type “TZ2” and select the TZ2 form when it appears.
6️⃣ Select Municipality / City
- Choose your municipality or city of residence from the drop-down list.
7️⃣ Start Filling Out the Form
Click to enter the form fields:
8️⃣ Fill in the Accommodation Details
📍 Enter your bed counts and calculate fees:
- Number of main beds × €5.97
- Number of extra beds × €2.99
Multiply to get the total fee amount and enter that in the appropriate field.
👉 If your area is not a supported underdeveloped region, leave some subsidy/reduction fields blank or zero.
9️⃣ Choose Payment Method
Decide whether you will pay the membership fee:
- 💳 In full (one lump sum)
or - 🪙 In three equal installments
Enter the amount accordingly.
🔟 Enter Your Income (from the Previous Year)
In a specific field (usually item 17), enter your total gross income from accommodation sales for last year (e.g., 2025). Include portal commissions appropriately (e.g., Airbnb vs Booking).
✅ Check the Form
Click “Provjeri” (Check) — the system will validate your entries and show errors if something is incorrect.
📤 Submit the Form
Once everything is correct:
- Select “Pošalji” (Submit).
- The form will be sent to the Tax Administration.
🧾 Keep Your Confirmation
After submission, you’ll see a confirmation receipt — save or print this for your records.
📌 Important Notes
- Forms sent before the official period (e.g., before Jan 1) may be rejected.
The form can only be submitted by the registered card holder — family members cannot do it under their own login.
Paper or email submissions are no longer accepted.
